Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Address & Refused Delivery

1 .Eligibility for Refund

- Condition: The textile item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

- Return Window: Your request for a refund must be initiated same day from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund.
Non-Refundable Items: The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Gift cards.

- Items that have been washed, worn, used, or altered.
- Items without their original tags and packaging.
